Home Solutions was a very competitive and realistic quote. A very efficient and reliable business who were present every day of the project. Martin Donovan the company owner was not only an excellent project manager but also a fantastic tradesman. His knowledge and guidance on the project was invaluable even with the building inspector moving the goal posts sometimes and his team proved invaluable with advice and there skill. His group of sub-contractors were also of a high calibre which was only to be expected.

The project was completed well within the allocated time frame and to a very high specification. I would highly recommend Home Solutions to anyone considering any building work no matter how large or small. A fantastic business with a fantastic team. If at anytime you want to take some pictures show people round I would be more than happy to oblige. Everybody who walks into our kitchen is absolutely gob smacked and so envious which makes me feel fantastic but that is only down to yourself, Jim, Kevin and the lads who made our house what it is. We still need to decorate upstairs but that will come in time and these days I've got plenty of that.

After searching a long time for the right team for the awkward build of our extension we felt Martin spent the time and energy prior to the build to get everything right for us, the quote, the schedule and building to our plans. On the job he was reliable, easy to contact, considerate, met the deadlines despite bad weather and staff sickness and he kept us informed of any required changes or extra costs all the way through the build, always offering different price options. When the job was finished we found a few snags which he came back promptly to fix and followed up the electrical certificates that we required. We were very happy with the final product and especially how the extension sits with the rest of the period of the house and would be happy to recommend him.
